CNC TURNING
We offer CNC automatic bar feed, chucker turning, and robotic loading capabilities up to 15” and larger based on part configuration. We can produce small or large lots of high quality parts.
CNC MILLING
Our CNC Mills are able to handle an array of parts from small items running on high speed production machines to large parts with machine travel up to 60” X 150”.
GRINDING AND HONING
OD, ID, Surface Grinding, and Blanchard Grinding capabilities exist as required for processing jobs requiring exact tolerances for both size and finish. Our Moore Jig Grinder offers high tolerance small hole grinding
possibilities, and our Sunnen Hone provides ID honing capabilities.
DESIGN & MANUFACTURING
Our Tooling Department is experienced in producing specialty tooling, fixtures, jigs, gages, assembly equipment, and custom machines for a wide range of industrial concerns. Many satisfied clients make use of our ability to solve manufacturing problems and challenges through innovative design and manufacturing. We can design and produce specialized equipment complete with hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and electrical systems.
METAL STAMPING, WELDING, & METAL FABRICATION
Our capabilities in stamping, punching, and forming provide customers with low and high volume metalworking alternatives. Welding and fabrication capabilities facilitate timely production of special equipment, machine bases, frames, jigs, and fixtures.
LASER ENGRAVING
Laser Engraving is available for part identification and logo application.3D PRINTING
3D printing is available for both prototype parts and finished products up to 6” X 6” X 8” in a single color ABS plastic.CAD/CAM
